Baby Isaac

Isaac Matthew is finally here! And he is beautiful, as you can plainly see. He was born at 4:34pm on Wednesday, November 28, 2007. He weighed in at 6 pounds 5 ounces; 19 inches long. His little spirit has been in our home for months already. We're so excited to welcome him home on Friday.

Stephanie did a great job bringing him into this world. And biological father Kevin Roque really stepped up during delivery and helped.

We're looking forward to having you meet Isaac when the time comes. In the meantime, enjoy these pictures!

Long Time No Blog!

Grace and Emmalee hadn't taken their naps yet, and they were so tired. They fell asleep while playing on the floor. 





Sorry that we have not updated the blog in a long time. Crazy stuff has been going on. We are counting the minutes till baby....... grace's brother comes out. And we are waiting and waiting to get a phone call from Stephanie. 

Happy Thanksgiving. We have put up the Christmas Trees, on thanksgiving and it was so much fun!!!! Here are some of the pictures that Stacey have taken of Emmalee and Joseph. They are so funny to watch joseph and grace trying to keep Emmalee sitting up and not falling off of the chair. Mommy's little helpers. :) 

Just 2 minutes ago stacey walked into the kitchen and came in and told me that Joseph and his little friend maya just knocked over the christmas tree and were throwing the glass balls all over the kitchen floor.

The Best of Times

Congrats bri!!!! Hall of Fame what do you say to that? 9 years of your picture just chilling on the wall in the weight room at Lone Peak High School! your amazing:)

Michael had his play off game and it was wet/cold/rainy/snowy the whole works. Sadly they ended up losing. But it was a great season.

The Wall of Shame.....I Mean Fame!!

Congrats Bri the wall of fame at Lone Peak High School! Last night at the last game of the season the school retired the 9 year Hall of Fame people and you were one of them:) your amazing and we all love you!

Ground Hogs Day

Today was a very wet and cold day. Dad remembered late last night that Hope had asked him and the family to go to the Cancer walk this morning. So we all got up at 7 to get ready and walk around a park 3 times. It was a lot of fun! We walked around only 2 times because, by the end of the second round the kids started to get tired of walking. After that we went to Dennis Uniforms. (Do not let your kids were uniforms!!!) We needed to get lisa some new clothes for school. We were there for about 2 hours. That was no fun looking at the same thing over and over again. Mom said it was like living a nightmare over again. That is how bad it was. But don't worry we lived through it:) By now it was raining like no other! And we headed to the Dino Museum. that was a blast. We looked around at saw all the different dinos. Mom & Dad just got back from the temple and we are all going to have a little movie night. The fun just continues!!! We still have monday to party. But lisa has school. sad for her!

Fall Break... and No Where To Go!!

The next 5 days we have off of school. Exciting I know!!! but with emmalee still on the oxygen we can't go on a trip like we hoped. We at least thought she would be off by now. But, no she is not. So yesterday we went to Thanksgiving Point to eat lunch. Then we decided to go to the petting zoo! That was so much fun!!! the little kids got to ride horses and they even managed to get them selves into jail, all in one day. They are amazing:) it was so much fun!! We feed goats too!!! That was really fun too! just being there as a family was fun. Dad has the rest of the week off too. So that gives us more time to hang out with him which is really great!!

Emmalee Is Sealed!!

It was friday September 28, 2007. We all went up to the Salt Lake Temple and had Emmalee sealed to us! It was a wonderful thing to be able to go inside the Salt Lake Temple and see everyone in white. Being there was something that no one will forget. It was so powerful to see Emmalee be sealed to mom and dad. 

P.S. grace and joe thought it would be funny if they tried to run away. Nice try babies!

Girls Are Gone.... Lets PARTY!!!

Friday... Stacey and Lisa were gone. Stacey went to a girls night at one of her friends houses. And lisa went to St. George with one of her friends. With the girls gone, the boys were able to just be boys and make messes. They made homemade pizzas. Just the way they like them. It was a fun night! 

Can't wait to see everyone. At the wedding!! Love you all!

Swimming Lessons

Mom and dad being the wonderful, fun people they are, signed all of the kids up for swimming lessons. All the kids learned tons of stuff! Paul even jumped in the deep end. (the deep end was 7 feet.) It was super fun!!  On the last day mom and dad came a filmed us swimming. It was fun to do something this summer.

Happy Birthday Dad!

For dad's birthday he wanted to go to the Copper Mine. But all of the kids wanted to take him to Hill Air Force Base. But, Little did we know that the base closed at 4:30. So we took him to the mine instead. We had a blast up there! And Dad just loved it! After that we took a right instead of taking a left to come back home. We took a drive up Butterfield Canyon. It was a beautiful drive. So went over the mountain and ended up in some other place. Had dinner there then came back home. Tonight we are gong to watch Apollo 13. We took pictures so i could put them up on the blog. As we were driving home see saw a hole bunch of deer. and mom's favorite part was the wild cows. She asked if they were going to charge. It was funny.

Fireworks!

We went to a firework show and it was amazing. we tried to take picture and they did not show up very well but we still wanted you to see what we did.

Three Strikes Your.... OUT!!

Yesterday at Michael's game they won 10 to 0 it was amazing!!! They ended the game at the 4th inning because they were so far ahead. They did not want them to win by 20. Michael got 5 of the 9 outs at first base. He has another game on Saturday. The pitcher is going to be gone so that means that Michael will be most likely to be pitching. His game is going to at 6 o'clock on Saturday.

Happy 4th Of JULY!!!

Today we had a great breakfast the mom made for all of us. It was very good and everyone enjoyed it very much. Dad read us a little paper that told us about what happened on the 4th of July. It was fun!!

And we made the table took all cute!!
